In spite of its lack of originality, the concept has remained the same since the creation of our artisanal chocolate factory in 1950. As soon as this small chocolate shop was created in Trouville, the respect of traditions has been kept as a rule in the factory. For 50 years the factory has remained in the family, from generation to generation with one aim: keeping of the chocolate spirit.
This spirit can be found in our two shops: Touques and Honfleur.
ouques: the chocolate factory was opened to people in a sales shop just over the workshop in 1981 in this little norman village near Deauville. So we have created norman specialities such as paniers de pommes (Bags of apples), the grand Pont-l'évêque (apples in marzipan and calvados with a little bottle of Calvados) and the Touc-Touc to honour our lovely village.
onfleur: opened in 1995, our shop offers a lot of creations on Honfleur such as the palette de peintre (the painter's palette), the voilier (the sailing-ship) or the famous camembert d'Honfleur (Honfleur cheese, a white chocolate with marzipan perfumed with aniseed) to honour the famous humorist of the last fifty years: Alphonse Allais.
